This was my first visit to Tradition Parkway Dental Care and I was very pleased. The entire staff was pleasant, cordial and welcoming. They understood my needs and were able to complete my exam and schedule my subsequent work right away and make it fit my schedule. Jalisa, Trish and Dr Kevin were all amazing. Their knowledge and professionalism combined with their great attitude and commitment to taking care of me made me realize I had chosen the right Dental Practice. Thank you all for making my first experience a great one!

I've never had such a problem with a dentist office before, but yet here I am writing a review about one. Dental offices are a dime a dozen, but this one is fairly close to my house. My wife, myself, and our teenage son are all patients here, and our BIGGEST problem is scheduling, and insurance issues. EVERY single time we try to make an appointment we have to make it a month later then originally planned. I don't know if you want to blame it on all the geriatrics in the area, or poor planning on the scheduler's part, but its ridiculous. The office itself has a great staff of hygienists but when we are told to come back in 3 months, and then we try and they say "Oh nothing sooner than December", who is that going to help? Another thing we've had to deal with them about is insurance. Every time we seem to get a bill that exceeds what our insurance "wants" to pay, until we tell them to go back and talk to the insurance and all of a sudden the price goes down. How you ask? Well we dont know either. We can't say enough good things about the dentists and hygienists but the scheduling and management need some work. I was very pleased with everyone at this dental practice. Not only for its cleanliness but also for the quick and efficient, service with a smile at the front desk. My hygienist, Elli, was excellent and knowledgable, plus the dentist, Dr. Petrone was also knowledgable plus very pleasant. I felt completely comfortable even though this was my first visit. I was delighted to be able to get an appointment rather urgently to assess a new problem. The office staff do their best to get me in quickly. Dr. Petrone, Heidi, the Dental Assistant and the Dental Hygienist all went out of the way to provide expert evaluations with thorough discussion and explanation of plan options and associated costs. I was so impressed that I convinced my husband to switch to Tradition Parkway Dental Care!

Everything about this practice is wonderful. From the receptionist, Kelly, to the dental hygienist, To the dental tech and especially the doctor (Dr. Knust) were phenomenal. Oh and let’s not forget the young lady that explains the billing and what your insurance covers. I believe her name is Angel. What a wonderful team. And the office is clean…well kept. I highly recommend this practice for your dental needs.
